We have a dedicated Academy located within our Gloucester salon building and run our own Modular Training System allowing us to immerse team members in the cream culture from day one.

Training is intensive and extends to NVQ Level 3, setting us apart from many of our competitors, and cementing our reputation for excellence.

Our students are trained, assessed and qualified at our very own cream academy, as we believe through experience that individual attention and detailed training produces the finest hairdressers. Even at higher levels with our most experienced team members the cream training is ongoing, and London academies are also used to offer exciting further education.
